Weekly site audit
Your account manager walks the site every week with a checklist. Misses go to the coach on shift that night.
Work-order portal
Submit requests, see what is scheduled and what was done, and ask for a quote on extra work. No email chains.
Quarterly review
Every quarter we sit down with you, go through inspection scores and tickets, and agree what changes next.

Questions people ask
What areas do you cover?
The Bay Area, Sacramento, Santa Cruz and Monterey, and the Central Valley around Fresno, Stockton and Modesto. Our offices are in Santa Clara and Monterey.
Are you union or non-union?
No, UFG is non-union. We bid at prevailing wages, and eligible employees get health, vision and dental insurance, paid sick time and paid time off.
Do you use subcontractors?
Only for specialised work outside our in-house trades, and only with partners we have worked with for years. Everything else is done by our own crew.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, by phone or email. We arrange a site walk with you, then prepare a written scope, a schedule and a price for the work you need.
Who owns UFG?
Al Cuevas founded the company in Santa Clara in 1998 and still runs it. UFG is family-owned and a certified Minority Business Enterprise, not a franchise.
