Buildings with rules of their own

A hospital isolation room, a cleanroom and a museum gallery are not cleaned the same way, and a school is not maintained on an office calendar. Each page says what changes and who on our team has done it.

Seven industries

Pick yours

  • A UFG technician in a navy cap and polo cleans a hospital corridor carpet with an extractor wand and hose from a blue machine

    Healthcare facilities

EVS crews, terminal and isolation cleaning, infection-specific protocols, surge staffing for flu season.

  • A UFG team member in a navy UFG jacket and cap dusts the base of glass partitions in a corridor with a long yellow duster

    Technology and bio-tech

Cleanrooms, labs, critical systems and vendor coordination for campuses that run around the clock.

  • A UFG technician in a navy UFG polo and blue gloves wipes down a mesh office chair with a cloth and spray bottle

    Corporate office buildings

Nightly cleaning, day porters, HVAC and lighting, conference-room turns and a lobby that is ready at 7 a.m.

  • A polished olive-green school hall floor with student posters on the wall and a decorated table at the back

    Educational facilities

Classrooms, restrooms, grounds and event set-ups on the academic calendar, with summer deep cleans.

  • Three men in black and navy UFG shirts walk through a warehouse aisle between tall pallet racks stacked with boxes

    Manufacturing facilities

Production-area cleaning, dust control, equipment upkeep and OSHA compliance without stopping the line.

  • A UFG team member in a navy UFG shirt and blue glove wipes the glass of an automatic entrance door with a yellow cloth

    Multi-tenant buildings

Common areas, tenant services, waste and recycling across mixed-use properties.

  • A UFG team member wearing a backpack vacuum walks along a railed museum walkway, cleaning the dark carpet

    Museums and art centers

Exhibit-safe cleaning, event support and high-traffic public spaces.

What changes by industry

Three things change: the standard, the schedule and the paperwork. A hospital's standard is set by infection control and its schedule by census; a school's schedule is the academic year and its paperwork is the district's.

A cleanroom's paperwork is the client's own SOP. We write the scope to those rules and staff it with people who have worked in that kind of building. The weekly audit and the coach on shift are the same everywhere.

Questions people ask

Do you have crews trained for hospitals?

Yes. Our healthcare crews follow EVS protocols for terminal, isolation and discharge cleans, with documented dwell times and sign-offs. Elizabeth Zamora runs our flagship healthcare site.

Can you work around a production schedule?

Yes. Manufacturing crews work shift changes, weekends and planned shutdowns; the scope is written around the line.

What about buildings that are not on this list?
