Commercial janitorial services with a weekly audit behind them
Night crews and day porters for offices, hospitals, schools, labs, museums and plants in Northern California. Your account manager walks the site every week; the coach fixes what they find the same night.

What janitorial service from UFG looks like
A night crew that knows the building, a coach on the shift, and an account manager who walks the site with a checklist every week. The scope is written by area and frequency, so a restroom is cleaned and restocked on the agreed schedule, not when someone notices.
Supplies, chemicals and equipment are ours, and green cleaning is an option on every contract. Most of our crew members have been with us for years. Coaches are promoted from the crew, which is why the same standard holds on the nights a lead is out.

What is included
Scope, by area

Offices, lobbies, break rooms and common areas: dusting, vacuuming, trash and recycling, glass and partitions.

Cleaned, disinfected and restocked every shift: fixtures, floors, mirrors, dispensers. Supply checks are logged.

HEPA vacuuming, auto-scrub, burnishing, strip and recoat, carpet encapsulation and extraction on a rotation.

Handles, rails, switches, elevator panels and shared equipment at the right dwell time; more often in flu season.

Task chairs, lounge seating and fabric panels vacuumed and spot-cleaned, with deep cleans scheduled by quarter.

A day porter is on site during business hours for lobbies, restrooms, kitchens, spills and event set-ups.

Questions people ask
How is a janitorial contract priced?
By square footage, frequency and the areas in scope, after a site walk. Prevailing-wage work is bid at prevailing wages. You get the price in writing with the scope.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Chemicals, paper and liners, vacuums and floor machines are ours. Consumables are restocked by the coach and the supply checks are logged.
Can you clean during the day instead of at night?
Yes. Day porters cover business hours; some clients run a full day crew. Hospitals and plants run both.
What happens when a crew member is out?
The coach covers the shift from the regional crew pool. Your account manager is told the same day.
Is green cleaning more expensive?
Marginally for products; the labour is the same. Many clients choose it for occupant health or certifications.
Which regions do you cover?
South Bay, San Francisco and the Peninsula, East Bay, Sacramento, Santa Cruz and the Monterey Coast, and the Central Valley. Each region has its own janitorial page with local detail.
