Janitorial services in San Jose, Sunnyvale and Santa Clara
Night crews and day porters for technology campuses, corporate offices, labs and private schools, run from the Santa Clara headquarters. Weekly audits by an account manager who is a short drive away.
Janitorial in the South Bay
Most South Bay accounts are campuses and multi-floor offices cleaned at night, with a day porter for lobbies, kitchens and conference rooms during business hours. Badging and escorted areas are normal here and are set up before the first shift. Labs and cleanrooms get crews trained for them. Private schools run on the academic calendar with summer deep cleans.

Questions people ask
Can you clean a secure technology campus?
Yes. Background checks, badging and escorted zones are set up before the first shift, and crews are assigned to the site rather than rotated.
Do you offer day porters in the South Bay?
Yes. Day porters are common on campus and headquarters accounts here.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two weeks of the site walk for an office; campuses with badging take longer.
Do you clean private schools in the South Bay?
Yes. Valley Christian Schools is a client; school scopes follow the academic calendar.
