Elizabeth oversees day-to-day janitorial and maintenance operations at Sutter Sacramento, coordinating staffing, training, and quality checks. By fostering open communication and coaching crews on best practices, she makes sure patient areas stay immaculate, safe, and fully compliant with hospital protocols.
