SMS Terms – United Facilities Group (UFGWorks)

Welcome to the UFGWorks text messaging program. These SMS Terms govern your receipt of text messages from United Facilities Group (“UFGWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these SMS Terms.

Program Description

We send texts to provide quotes, scheduling and service updates, appointment reminders, outage or emergency notices, satisfaction surveys, and—if you opt in—promotions about janitorial and facilities-maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Enrollment & Consent

  • Opt-in required: You will only receive texts if you explicitly consent (e.g., by checking a box on a web form, texting a published keyword, or giving written consent during a call or in a document).
  • Brand-specific consent: Your consent is for messages from United Facilities Group (UFGWorks) specifically. If you provide consent through a lead form, your consent applies only to UFGWorks as the seller/brand.
  • Record-keeping: We keep enrollment data (time/date, form URL, consent text, IP/user agent) to document compliance.

Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out and then cease messaging that program/number. You can also email info@ufgworks.com with the subject “SMS Opt-Out.”

Cost

Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

Eligibility & Participation

  • You must be the account holder for the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission.
  • Program intended for U.S. residents 18+.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We process your mobile number, message content, delivery metadata, consent/opt-out status, and related support interactions to operate the SMS program and comply with legal and carrier requirements. We may use service providers (e.g., messaging or phone platforms) to send messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details on data categories, uses, retention, and your choices.

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms occasionally. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued participation after changes take effect indicates acceptance.

  3. Cost Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. 
  4. How to Opt Out Text STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out has been processed. You can also email support@ufgworks.com with subject “SMS Opt-Out.” 
  5. Help Text HELP for assistance or email support@ufgworks.com. Our business hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. PT.
