About Carmela

Carmela Guatemala travels from site to site helping UFG crews hit and keep the quality targets. She started as a frontline cleaner, earned a reputation for precision and reliability, and was promoted into coaching, where she passes her know-how to every crew she supports. She is the night coach.

Carmela's on-the-floor guidance, quick spot checks and practical tips are how the standard travels from the audit sheet to the shift.

She designs walkthrough routines, trains employees on best practice and runs live quality audits. Immediate feedback and quick wins lift crew confidence while every task meets UFG's standards.
