Letty Miranda

Letty Miranda is President of United Facilities Group. She leads sales and customer success, with more than twelve years of business-to-business experience. She holds a bachelor's and a master's degree, spent eight years in Los Angeles and returned to the Bay Area in 2017. She works with operations to keep the promises made to clients.

Letty comes from a long line of janitors, as she says in her film, and she treats that as the point rather than a footnote. Her job is the relationship: the site walk, the scope, the start-up, and the quarterly review where the numbers are on the table.

What Letty does at UFG
