Elizabeth Zamora

Elizabeth Zamora started at UFG on the night-shift cleaning crew and now runs one of the company's flagship healthcare sites at Sutter Sacramento. She knows every task she supervises because she has done it, and the standard she inspects to is simple: no dust.

Every promotion Elizabeth has had came from inside UFG. She pairs operational know-how with a plain way of leading, and she understands both what a frontline crew is up against and what a hospital expects.

What Elizabeth does at UFG

Elizabeth oversees day-to-day janitorial and maintenance operations at Sutter Sacramento: staffing, training and quality checks. She coaches crews on best practice and keeps patient areas clean, safe and compliant with the hospital's protocols.

Signature achievements

• Took her site from below-target inspection scores to consistent "exceeds expectations" ratings.
• Put in a colour-coded supply system that cut restock time and waste.
• Mentored three team members who have since moved into supervisory roles.
